The Ranch Experts

The team at Brasada Ranch Real Estate is exemplary. We worked with them to purchase and sell our home at Brasada Ranch. We were truly impressed with the attention to detail, business acumen, responsiveness, and overall customer experience. They just get it done!

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Alan Cornelius and Brasada Ranch Real Estate on several transactions. He and his team of professionals have done a great job representing me as both a seller and a buyer. I've really appreciated the great communication and attention to detail they provide to make each sale and purchase easy and worry-free. I highly recommend the whole team.

We decided to put our home up for sale and didn't have a relationship with any realtors, but felt that with the local presence of Alan Cornelius and Brasada Ranch Real Estate, they would have a better pipeline of potential prospects for our home. That sense certainly proved true as Alan absolutely owns all of the knowledge at Brasada with respect to homes for sale, their characteristics, and pricing strategy. We had an offer within a week, and our second, successful offer, a few days thereafter. We sold our home at the list price.

Brasada Ranch Real Estate is a stellar real estate brokerage. Lana was our realtor. From our initial contact with her through closing of the home and beyond, Lana’s friendliness, knowledge, expertise, efficiency, thoroughness, responsiveness, helpfulness, and follow-through made our transaction an absolute delight.

Lana was great to work with! She guided us through every step of the process with expertise and patience. Her market knowledge, quick responses, and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t ask for an easier experience.

My husband and I just purchased a home in Brasada Ranch, and we could not be happier. Lana Duran, with Brasada Ranch Real Estate, was an outstanding partner and advocate for us from the first moment we considered purchasing a home in Brasada to the moment she visited us in our new home. Lana walked us through the entire process with patience, positivity, and professionalism… oh, and an appropriate amount of humor too! Lana made us feel comfortable every step of the way, no matter what challenge or unexpected development we faced. When we had questions or were uncertain of next steps, she guided and encouraged us and always stayed optimistic. Lana is truly an expert in the field, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to work with her.
